.. The proposed revision of H 60-210 (Enclosure A) has been
submitted by the DD/S to the DD/1 for concurrence and commeiats by.
8 June 1959. Attached as Enclosure B, for background reference, is
a copy of a letter from the Interdepartmental Committee on Internal
Security, dented 15 April 1959, to the DCI.
2. The, attached proposed revision of R 60-110 will replace pro-
osed R 50-110 which has iow been canceled.
3. In order to establish a basis for DD/I concurrence, kindly
submit your comments to this office by 3 June 1959. Should comments
indicate reasons for nonconcurrence, a meeting of DD/I offices'
representatives will be called to submit to the DD/1 the specific
points involved which reciuire resolution with the D4)/P prior to DD/fit
concurrence.
