1. The proposed revision of 11 60-130 (Enclosure A) has been
submitted by the DD/S to the DD/I for concurrence and comments by
6 June 1959. Attached as Enclosure B, :tor background reference, is
a copy of a letter from the Interdepartmental Committee on Internal
Security, dated 15 April 1959, to the DCI.
2. The attached proposed revision of R 60-110 will replace prow
posed R 50.110 which has now been canceled.
3. In order to establish a basis for DI)/I concurrence, kindly
submit your comments to this office by 3 June 1959. Should comments
indicate r sons for nonconcurrence, a meeting of DD/I offices'
representatives will be celled to submit to the OP/I the specific
points involved which require resolution with the DD/P prior to PD/I
concurrence.
