Final overhead and general and administrative rates for the Year
1961 have been negotiated and the resulting credit is reflected
in the attached Invoice No. 1814A. At the time we amend the black
contract we can incorporate the SA's establishing final 60 and 61
rates by reference to appropriate SA's in white contract.
Recent checks received from the payment officer have shown payee
as Hughes Aircraft Corporation. Please advise the paying officer
that the proper company name is Hughes Aircraft Company.
