1. This document constitutes Amendment No. 1 to Contract
No. AF33(657)-12674 between the parties hereto, and said contract
is hereby amended as hereinafter sot forth.
2. In accordance with the provisions of PAW VI,
VAE'IATION IN QUANTITY, and Clause 4 of the General Provisions hereof,
the Contractor was authorised variations in the total quantities of
fuel to be delivered as a result of loading, shipping, or packing
conditions. The Contractor has now completed all delivery requirements
under Items 1 and 2 of the extract, and this Amendment No. 1 is being
written to evidence the actual quantities of fuel delivered and adjust
the total price accordingly.
3. As a result of the foregoing, Items 1 and 2 of Part I
are revised to read as follows:
"Item 1 - Processing Fluid (Pt-1) per Purchase Exhibit
F-63- entitled "Jet Fuel, Low Volatility:' dated 25 September 1963,
said specification being incorporated herein by reference - - -
1,350,928 gallons at a unit price of $.31467 per gallon or a total
price of $W, 366.74.
Item 2 - Processing Fluid (PF-1) per Purchase Exhibit
F-63-+A entitled 'Jet Fuel, Low Volatility' dated 25 September
1963 - ?. - 882,892 moons at a unit price of $.28 per gallon or
a total price of $247,209.76."
4. All other terms, conditions and requirements of this
contract remain unchanged.

5. Please indicate your receipt and acceptance of this
