with ITC Corporation, Boston, 1Mass., Project CORONA
1. This memoranda contains a recommendation submitted for
concurrence of the undersigned. Such seco?endatioo is contained in
Paragraph 4.
2. Contract No. B'B-375 covers the paroaux"ament of Exploitation
Equipment for the Air Fore* to support Project CORONA. Amendment No. r}
is being issued for the purpose evidencing a Novation Agreement between
the parties covering the Merger and Assignment of contracts between DPD
and ITC. This is as a result of TTIIC changing their state of incorpora-
tion from I4sssachusetts to Delaware.
