1. This memorandum contains a recamsrendation submitted
for approval of the Special Assistant to the Director for
Phi g and Development. Such recommendation is not forth
in Paragraph 4.
2. Aasnbasnt No. 7 to Contract No. SC-58 establishes
the new fixed ma-month rates for Contractor-furnished Aircraft
Tecbnicia w for the period 1 July 1958 through 3D June 1959.
These technicians we assigned to the Air Force units in Del
Rio and various locations overseas.
3, lament No. 7 to Contract No. SC-58 does not
obligate additioc l funds. Sufficient funds are presently
available under the contract.
4. AA 'oval of Amendesat No. 7 t Contract No. SC-58
and execution thereof on behalf of the Agency by the authorized
Contracting Officer is recomm ceded.
