1. This document constitutes Amendment No. 3 to Contract
No. AF33(600)-39870, (SD-60), effective for the period 17 August 1959
through 30 June 1961 between the Lockheed Aircraft Corporation and
the United States of America.
2. Pursuant to the provisions of the second paragraph of
ARTICLE 1 - STATEMENT OF WORK, as amended by Amendment No. 2, the
date 30 June 1961 appearing in the second line thereof is deleted
and the date "31 December 1961" is substituted therefor.
3. All other terms, conditions and requirements of the Contract,
as amended, remain as originally stipulated.
4. Please indicate your receipt of this Amendment No. 3 to the
Contract and your acceptance thereof by executing the original and
two copies of this Amrendment. Return the fully executed original and
one copy to the undersigned and retain the remaining copy for your
files.
