1. This document constitutes Amendment No. 2 to Contract No.
AF33(657)-8571 betvieen the parties hereto and said contract, as
amended, is amended as hereinafter set forth.
2. PART I - SUPPLIRB TO 8S TUR$ISHED of the Schedule is
amended by adding the following new Item 4 thereto:
"Item 4 - Contractor shall furnish and deliver to the
Government F.O.B. KM Tanker at Shell NORCO Refinery, Louisiana,
465,000 gallons of ML -- Processing Fluid (PP-1) identical to
that delivered under Items 1 through 3 hereto at a unit price of
$.25 per gallon or a total price of $116,250.00."
3. PART II - DELIVISY of the Schedule is amended by revising
paragraph (a) thereto to read as follows:
"(a) Delivery of the supplies called for under Items 102,
and 4 under PART I of this contract shall be by the contractor
to the designated destination in the quantities and at times ac-
cording to the instructions by the contracting officer during the
contract period commencing 1 AAgust 1962 and ending 13 September
1963."
4. Paragraph (a) of PART III - INSPECTION AND ACCEPTANCE is
amended by revising to read as follows:
"(a) Inspection of the supplies caked for in Items 1, 3 and
4 under PART I shall be made by the contractor-at destination and
final acceptance shall be by an authorized representative of the
contracting officer."
5. All other terms, conditions and requirements, as amended,
remain unchanged.
