:Contractor shall procure, fabricate and/or
install the following equipment and special
facilities at Eielson AFB at the site and
location designated by the Base Commander orl
a) Remove overburden and provide suitable
fill to bring site location to grade with
adjacent developed area.
b) Install a 40' x 120' steel building with
tile covered concrete floor. Building to be'
insulated and interior partitioned into fifteen,
rooms of size and arrangement as designated by
the Base Commander or his representatives.
c) Above building to be equipped with heating
plant to provide hot air central heating and;
airconditioning for selected rooms, as speci-
fied by above layout. Fuel storage for heating,
plant will be provided. (cont. on Page 2).

d) Install a covered passageway from building
to adjacent existing steel building.
e) Provide all electrical power connections'
to building including such interior outlets'
as designated by the Base Commander or his
representatives.
f) Provide suitable potable water supply
from water well to be drilled in location
area.
g) Provide suitable septic tank sewage dis-;
posal system.
h) Provide necessary paved walkways and
passages as designated by Base Commander or:his
representatives.
i) Install additional security fencing and
lighting as required and designated by the
Base Commander or his representatives.
j) Install provisions for communications con-
nections as designated by the Base Commander
or his representatives.
