1. Contract No. BT-1943 has been partially terminated pursuant to
Termination Notice Pexd# j Ve 1otion r 5f ttie Wiz! and
negotiation of final costs the Contractor has advised that it will
reVire additional incremental funds. Accordingly the Government hereby
increases the total funds allotted to this contract by the amount of
2. As a. result of the foregoing, aubparacraph c. of Part III of
Contract BT 1943 as amended is further amended as follows:
e. "There has been allotted for the performance of this contract
the sum of said amount to cover performance of
work called for hereunder for the period of contract inception
through June 15, 1964. Notwithstanding the provisions of
Part III of this contract, as amended, the smulium amount for
which the Government shall be liable if this contract is termi-
nated is and any expenditure or obligation by
the Contractor in excess of that amount in furtherance hereunder,
shall be at the Contracctorts awn risk."
3. All other terms and conditions of this contract, as amended, remain
unchanged.
