Ray Rocca's secretary called on proposed executive
order to safeguard vessels, water front facilities, etc.
She said that this actually was taken care of in IDSIS
in which Mr. Rocca is ad hoc representative . She
said it was approved at that point, and that they have
nothing further on it.

sideration under the provisions of Executive Order
No. 11030 of June 19, 1962, a proposed Executive
order entitled "Amending Regulations Relating to the
Safeguarding of Vessels, Harbors, Ports, and Water-
front Facilities of the United States."
A copy of the proposed order, together with the
Acting Secretary's transmittal letter of December 18,
1964, is attached.
The Director of the Bureau of the Budget would
appreciate an expression of your views with respect
to the proposed order.
