Dear Charlie:
The enclosed map gives a general run down on most
of our test targets. The large blue and red loops were the
two special runs which we called the "grand tour". Cross
hatching indicates configuration operation. The charts in-
dicate our test capabilities rather than results because,
for instance, on the blue circuit, cloud cover prohibited
good results over Billings and Cheyenne.
We had configuration trouble over the Davis-Tucson
area although this will be re-done on a special material
flight.
If you could give a more specific target, we could
come up with an exact "yes" or "no" on coverage.
