1. In accordance with the provisions of Contract No. EG-400
and effective upon your acceptance hereof, you are authorized to
proceed with the performance of this Task Order No. 11 to said contract.
2. The scope of work to be performed under this Task Order and such
additional provisions as may be applicable are set forth in the attached
schedule.
a. The estimated cost of the performance of this Task
Order, exclusive of the fixed-fee, is ONE HUNDRED TWENTY-EIGHT THOUSAND
EIGHT HUNDRED EIGHTY-FIVE DOLLARS ($128,885). Cost in excess of this
amount shall not be incurred without the prior written authorization
of the Contracting Officer.

4. The period of performance of this Task Order shall expire
on 31 July 1964; however, said period of performance may be extended by
mutual agreement.
5. Upon execution of all copies of this Task Order No. 11
please return the original and one copy to the undersigned and retain
the remaining copy for your files.

Versamat Processor, Modified for paper.
Items 2a., 2d., and 2e. shall be fabricated, in part,
from Government-owned subassemblies and materials in
the Contractors possession.
3. Furnish spare parts for all equipment stated in 1 and 2 above.
The Contractor shall deliver the above equipment, crated and ready
for shipment, f.o.b. Rochester, New York, in accordance with the
following schedule:
Items la. through if., 2a., 2b., and 2c. on or before 31 Jan,. 1964.
Item 2d. on or before 30 June 1964.
Item 2e. on or before 31 March 1964.
Item 3, spare parts, to be shipped with respective items listed above.
Anticipatory Costs. All costs which have been incurred by the
Contractor on or after 30 December 1963 in anticipation of and prior
to the signing of this Task Order No. 11 and which if incurred after
the signing of this Task order would have been considered as allowable
costs hereunder will be accepted as costs under this Task Order.
