1. This document constitutes Amendment No. 1 to Contract No.
OF-K-8275 between The Firewel Company, Inc., and the United States
Government.
2. Pursuant to the clause of this contract entitled "CHANGES";
the specification and price adjustments contemplated for Sub-items
1.1 and 1.8.2. stated in Exhibit "A" to the contract; changes in the
Vehicle Hardware System requirements from 1800 psi operation to 2800
psi operation; and mutual agreement between the parties hereto, it
isin the interest of the Government to amend the contract as follows:
a. Exhibit "A" to the contract schedule is superseded by
Exhibit "A" (Revision No. 1) attached hereto.
b. In PART III - PAYMENTS of the contract schedule the
amount stated is changed from 58,510.20 to $71,932.00.
3. All other terms and conditions of Contract No. HF-K-8275
remain unchanged.
4. Please indicate your receipt of this Amendment No. 1 to
Contract No. HF-K-8275 and your acceptance thereof by executing the
original and two copies of this amendment. Return the fully executed
original and one copy to the undersigned and retain the remaining copy
for your files.

DELIVERY SCHEDULE: Deliveries of the vehicle hardware systems shall
be completed on or before 31 December 1963. Shipment of Sub-item
1.8.2, for 14 ea. Cylinder, High Pressure (Obsolete)., was made to the
West Coast Depot by Contractor's Shipping Document No. DN 227, dated
18 October 1963.
