SUBJECT: Contract BB-375
As you know, the term of this contract expired some months ago.
Due to various mutual agreements; i.e., spare parts, modification to
Project Bordertown reports, etc., etc., we have extended this contract
in the delivery of certain items. However, we have never formally
extended the term of the contract. Could you provide me with an exten-
sion of the duration of this contract through August, 1962, to cover
the charge of the IBM equipment located at SAC. This equipment is
covered under a project running through 31 July 1962.
