We appreciate your concern regarding accountability of equipment
for use under our most recent and pending contracts. We feel that we
have taken the necessary steps to insure that this accountability will
meet with your approval.
We would like at this time to request that you have your cognizant
auditor call on us to review our proposed system for maintaining satis-
factory records in this regard.
We would very much appreciate any comments or suggestions which
might be forthcoming from such a visit. Please advise me as soon as
possible as to when this visit might occur.
