Uruguay Celebrates An Anniversary Uruguayan Ambassador and Senora de Lacarte cele- ? brated their country's 133rd anniversary yesterday with a , 4party in- the garden of the Woodland drive embassy. . The party was held out- eibrs despite the Inclement weather thanks to the fore sight of the 'Uruguayans. ih 'haying a huge beige awning -Cted-ahead of time. Although the ground was somewhat damp, the awning had screened it. from the worst cf the downpour. Roses, in several shades, ringed the edge of the garden and there were strings of red lights to add color to the festivity. . Buffet ' ? Another attention-getter in the garden was the long buf- fet table, tentered with a huge cake which- bore on the top a frbsted. replica of the blue and white ,Uruguayan flag. Small tables were scattered' around the edge of the lawn.
