1. The next conference of Career Security and Project
Officers, assigned to elements outside the Office of Security, will

if necessary, so that you ma attend. Also, please advise the
Training Branch, as to whether or not you plan to
drive, the number of individuals to whom you can furnish trans-
portation, or whether you need transportation. It would be
appreciated if this information could be received by 15 October
1963.
3. Billeting and food will be available and
unless you indicate otherwise, it will be assumed that you will
desire billeting in that location for the night of 30 October.
