1. Based upon your request, permission was obtained from OCL/CCD
for this Branch to obtain packing lists from National Capital Moving
and Storage Company covering the shipment of effects for
2. The packing lists which include a complete inventory of items
25X1A9a packed and shipped to Mr. vere used to determine a new estimate
of the gross weights of personal and QP property. It should be noted
that the re-estimate of QP property is 25 pounds less than the estimated
weight furnished in reference.
3? Items packed in each box were transposed to separate SF 117 to
establish a cubic measurement ratio of personal property to QP property,
except for those boxes containing only one type of property. The gross
weight of each box containing mixed classes of property was multiplied
by the ratio factor to determine the estimated gross weiit of personal
and QP property. The following is as accurate an estimate as can be
made from the available information:
