The feasibility demonstration should
utilize existing off-the-shelf hardware and Government
facilities wherever practical.
The efforts associated with this-t-a 3fQrdex are as fol-
lows:
A. Determine preliminary functional requirements of the
Luitable for use in the demonstration
system testing
B. Determine preliminary system parameters for a
feasibility demonstration
C. Perform preliminary laboratory tests to determine the
suitability of off-the-shelf o satisfy 25X1D
the functional requirements determined as a result of
Items A and B above.
D. Determine equipment and facilities available for
utilization in the accomplishment of the proposed
feasibility demonstration

I. PURPOSE

A. The feasibility and practicality of co-locating
OXCART and IDEALIST aircraft

B. The availability and suitability of site equipments
to satisfy the stated requirements.
II. SCOPE OF EFFORT
This task order provides for the study and formulation of
preliminary equipment listings for support
A. Survey of existing and/or planned sites to determine:
1. Primary power facilities
2. Floor space and loading
3. Support utilities
4. Terrain topography
5. Antenna Farm layout
6. Detailed equipment inventory
7. Operational limitations.
III. REPORTS
Prepare a final report, including recommendations for the
equipment configuration of the various sites. These
