It j was not, naturally, the intention of '; l'the editors to lay bare the subversive cited in the series are highly in-, t dicative. They clearly show that es- pionage, the organization of coups and armed invasions have become major methods of U.S. foreign policy, Afric ., the independent countries of Asia and Latin -America has long since been raised to the status, of Washington government policy.
