Notification Procedures Meeting
1. A meeting was held at Project Headquarters on 3 November
1966 to discuss items listed on attached agenda.
2. Attendees were: Colonel S. E. Felices, JRC; Lt,. Colonel
f. Agenda, Para 6 - For operational security reasons,
Project Headquarters desires to coordinate prior to publication
on JCS/JRC oplans supporting Black Shield.-,_
3. It was agreed that the procedures presently briefed to the CINCPAC
components would be used for this exercise and that subsequent to the
USAF review(s) completed.
