SUBJECT: Revised FY 1967 Funding Request
1. You will find attached our revised funding 25X1
requirements for the OXCART program for Fiscal Year 1967.
2. The funding request presented here is based on a
requirement to operate the program at the sortie/flying hour
rate indicated in the NRO FY 1967 initial approval document.
To the extent possible, the necessary increases have been off-
set by reductions in other line items. The net increase

gram management within the requested total approvals for the
remainder of FY 1967, it is requested that the five per cent
limitation on transfer of funds between categories of Contract
