Thel plans were discussed, modified and two
building sites were selected, one site for storage
building and one for the Inspection/Ready building. It
was agreed that the storage building would be constructed
first and would be used as an Inspection/Ready building
for Phase I and the second building would be constructed
for Phase II. The two sites would require a new road,
electricity and water. A quick estimate for Phase I
building is about $9-10,000.

7. On 13 March 1969, the team was reconvened and a
discussion of the previous days briefing was reviewed,
questions answered from the handbooks and a detailed
discussion of the layout of the proposed building. It
was the firm opinion of the team that a dummy and ground
handling equipment should be available to them as soon as
possible, so that they could indoctrinate themselves. After
the morning discussion we all visited the electrical,
battery and avionics shops and then the LOX facilities.
Later in the day briefed on the
team briefing. had only two comments
(a) Was that we would appreciate target dates
for the arrival of the AGE and allied equipment so
that he could make his own plans, and
cable traffic between Headquarters,
