On 11 March 1969, I Iwas briefed on 25X1A the purpose of the visit. He appeared disappointed that the Representative was not from 0. On 13 March 1969, the team was reconvened and a discussion of the previous days briefing was reviewed, questions answered from the handbooks and a detailed discussion of the layout of the proposed building. It was the firm opinion of the team that a dummy and ground handling equipment should be available to them as soon as possible, so that they could indoctrinate themselves. After the morning discussion we all visited the electrical, battery and avionics shops and then the LOX facilities.
