MEMORANDUM FOR: Chief, Contracts Management Division
SUBJECT: Use of Prior Year Funds
There are some U-2R contracts that require funds in addi-
tion to those that have been allocated to this line item. There
are no prior year funds under the U-2R heading that are of great
enough amount to satisfy the present requirement. IDEALIST
prior year funds will be used to satisfy U-2R accountings, with
the approval of BPD in each case.
