1. Attached hereto is the draft of the Quarterly Report,
fourth quarter, 1953, for the Economic Area.
2. Since the Divisions and Staffs were not aware of the
requirement of submitting quarterly summaries of their activities
until after the due date, all of their reports are not yet in.
3. Rather than delay the summary, the attached draft is
submitted without these individual reports.
