We would like to further amend this contract and our proposal of 29 August 1965
by the following:
Part I - Scope of Work
1. The paragraph changing paragraph 1. 2 should be revised so that
the word "sequential" is deleted from the new wording.
Part II - Estimated Completion Date
2. Change the flight test date in Part II to "August, 1965".
In the Work Statement
1. Paragraph 3. 2. 1. 2. 1 - Change to Ampex AR-1600 "or similar"
having a ""1.0 Mc"".
2. Paragraph 3. 2. 1.2. 2 - Change to Ampex AR-1600 "or similar"
having a 11125 KC"".
3. Paragraph 3. 2. 2. - Delete all reference to "nose installation".
4. Paragraph 3.2.2. 2.1- Delete all after "MIL-E-5400(E)"".
5. Paragraph 3. 2. 3. 1 - Delete the sentence "Each composite bench
test---". Change "A Standard GFAE trailer" to "a ground check-out
trailer".
6. Appendix A, Part I, Add 2 ea.

These changes are due to other circumstances,~since our 18 February 1965
negotiation, which you are aware of, and for the sake of clarity should be
changed and/or incorporated in the contract.
