This was a follow up to the 'informal briefing of Chairman Miller and members of the Committee on 17 March. Mr. Gerardi agreed it would be appropriate for the memorandum to be retained in Agency files. Should it be required for personal review by the Chairman or a Committee member, he will be pleased to call and request it.
