Mr. Bun Bray, Associate Staff Director, of Manpower Subcommittee, House
Post Office and Civil Service Committee, and was advised that Mr. Bray
is on a three week survey trip for the Committee on the West Coast.
3, Met with Mr. Charles Whitley,
Administrative Assistant to Representative David Henderson (D. , N. Car. ),
Chairman, Manpower Subcommittee, House Post Office and Civil Service
Committee, and reviewed with Mr. Whitley the Chairman's schedule
for the week. Mr. Whitley will check with the Chairman during the evening
for possible visit to the Agency on Thursday morning and will call me
in the morning. I again renewed the invitation for Mr. Gross if it is the
Chairman's desire to have the senior Republican, accompany him.
