Met with Frances Christy, House Immigration and Nationality Subcommittee staff, and reviewed with her the file. This is the same family that has been in correspon- dence with the General Counsel on other matters over the past few years. I will.provide such additional information or assistance as may be desired for committee use. 17. Congressmen Robert Denney and Donald Lukens have accepted our invitation to attend the 20 April breakfast briefing at Headquarters. Congressmen G. V. Montgomery, Nick Galifianakis, and Charles Whalen indicated that prior commitments would prevent them from accepting our invitation. Office of Logistics, to a meeting with Mr. Ernest C Ba d S ynar , taff Assistant, House Subcommittee on Government Activities, in connection with that Subcommittee's review of possible contractor fraud in repainting the Headquarters building in 1965. The meeting was generally congenial and it was agreed that we will assist the Subcommittee by attempting to locate escort personnel used on the job who may be able to recall certain relative facts. (See memorandum for the record.) 19. Picked up from the office of Congressman Paul Findley (R., Ill.) an envelope addressed to the Director.
