Joint Committee on Atomic Energy staff, who said he had talked with
OSI on Saturday concerning a possible alert which, according to Murphy,
turned out to be a "dud." Murphy continues his interest in
He said he had seen a report (presumably a State Department
report) discussing security procedures and practices as they are involved
in this case. He wondered whether we had anything on it which could
be made available to him. He said he was particularly interested in what
we might know about the situation
