25X1 I I Talked to Jay Sourwine, Chief Counsel,
S.z~at~~pl Subcommittee on Internal Security, concerning S. 1035. Sourwine
said he has not yet talked to Senator Eastland on this bill but that it is on the top
of the agenda of things to discuss when Eastland returns to Washington.
Sourwine also recommended that we discuss the bill with Eastland. I shall
discuss this at the earliest opportunity.
