Smith Washington Post Staff Writer Bolivia claimed yesterday that Ernesto "Che" Guevara, the former right-hand man of Fidel Castro who mysteri- ously disappeared in o r e than two years ago, has been leading Cuban-inspired guerrillas within its borders. To back the claim, Boliv- ian Foreign Minister Walter Guevara Arze showed a score of pictures that he said depicted Guevara in the Bolivian jungles.
