1. The attached correspondence concerns a person who describes
himself a a member of the National Investigations Cor=ittee on
Aerial Phenomena and who requests information regarding Agency policy
on unidentified flying objects.
The Agency's response to Subject has apparently triggered
a desire on Subject's part for more information.
3. Appropriate security guidance is requested regarding the-
nature of the reply to Subject's 16 March 1965 letter.

in this Report, proving UFO reality and United States
Air Force policy of secrecy and censorship on same, do
you believe that a Congressional investigation or in-
quiry into the manifold problems of Unidentified Flying
Objects to be in order?
