D u I I e s, director of the Central Intelligence Agency, published in the current "U. S. News & World Report" magazine a is entitled ".We Tell Russia Too Much." P; ' Dulles proves his point by doing just that in the course of this interview. After remarking that he would give a good deal to know as much, about the Soviet Union as the Soviet Union can learn about us merely by reading the press, Dulles proceeded to out- line the operations of his supposedly super-secret agency for publication in this magazine. Which suggests that the difficulty of getting well-qualified people for intelligence work, of which he complained, is not confined to the so- called rank and file.
