"The weapons of subversion and of con-

strikes and such forceful tactics, especially
through labor unions."
Kremlin leaders, numerous times, have in-
dicated what their actual plans are for the
future. Their,methods nay change to fit the
i times but they show no signs of abandoning
their purposes.
It is up to the leaders of the free world
working together as allies and friends to help
uncover and to frustrate the Red design, Mr.
Dulles said in sounding his warning.
