1. Exemplify the new self-criticism
role the Reds are now playing.
2. Sympathize with the workers of
Poland who were rioting.
3. Charge that the yvorkers were hired
stooges of Allen Dulles.
4. Show that the Polish Government
Is in command.
5. Claim that democracy marches on
In. Poland.
Accordingly, the Worker editor says
that the Polish Premier admits "various
frequently annoying grievances"; hints
that one of these annoying grievances
might be hunger, due to the fact that for
years the United Stales "barred the sale-
let alone the donation--of surplus food
