always find it fairly easy to plant ideas, slogans, stc. with hon-
Communists who accept these slogans, write them up, and createe :an atmos-
phere that the Soviets have planned from the beginning but which the
non-Communists do not realize since they do not ask themselves who will
gain when they publicize this slogan or idea that comes out of the
U.S.S.R. He said, for example, when they wanted to snap up Poland, they
put out in advance that "Russia has the right to friendly neighbors" and
