requests. for local drayage, is covered In Paragraph 5d.
Actually,, Paragraph 5a(2) is misleading since all requests
for drayage are not submitted to the 25X1
Section--only telephone requests for one es or rou n
drayage service. Requests for service on a regularly
scheduled recurring basis must be submitted in writing to
the Chief, Transportation Division, Attn: Chief, Highway
Branch.
2. It is recommended that the Form No. and proper title of
the vehicle sign-out form be quoted.in Paragraph 5e(2).
