C. Reference: Your letter of May 1, 1951. For permanent records it is recommended that the hypo content of permanent record film not exceed 0.005 mg per square inch. These 10 samples of 16 mm permanent record film tested as follows: Samples 78A, 658, 67B, and 78B, tested less than 0.005 mg. of hypo per square inch. Samples 60A, 74B, 62B, 708, 72B, and 76B, tested 0.005 mg of hypo per square inch.
