foram No. 139 and should be signed as purchase orders, Indicating
proper fiscal authorization. The Library will order t ese reams
direct from the local JFM office. Requests for imn copies of JPBS
reports will continue to be serviced by the CIA Library without
fiscal authorization.
30 The DocSlbm nt Division, OCR, will continue to make an
distribution of JIBS r its on the basis of dissemination
regents. When such copies are no longer needed, they should be
returned to the CIA. Library for disposition.
4. This notice is pursuant to the t.S letter of 29 larch 1963
to this Agency indicating that a reduction in gratis copy distribution
has become necessary due to budgetary considerations.
