1. On 9 September 1952 agreed that a team from
the Office of General Services would be permitted access to RI to
determine how the RI Records Management procedures geared with those
of CIA.
2. This survey was actually started on 19 September 1952 and
has been in process on a hit-and-miss basis ever since. The team has
consisted of
3. On 20 November 1952 Col. White held a conference concerning
this survey and stated that it should be completed as expeditiously
as possible.
4, In view of the Records Management experience of the present
Staff of RI and the sensitivity of the records of DD/P it is suggested
that this survey be either abandoned or brought to a logical conclusion
as soon as possible.
