Dear Sir:
This will confirm our mutual understanding and agreement that the
certain letter agreement between us bearing the symbol LEG/________
relating to services- to be performed by you as a flight test consultant
created no rights or obligations of any kind between us and shall be of
no force nor effect.
It is further understood and agreed that the execution of said
letter agreement has been accomplished solely in the national interest
and far the security of the United States of America and that said `
letter agreement was mutually entered into solely for those purposes.
It is mutually acknowledged that this letter agreement was entered
into subsequent to the execution and delivery of said first mentioned
letter agreement.
