Spoke with Mr. David Muchow concerning BOB Circular A-19 requirements for advising on Agency legislative programs. He appreciated our being in touch with him on this and will be looking forward to our written report. I told him that I did not know of any outstanding problems or requirements with Senator Fulbright in these areas, but that I would be glad to check - it further.
