1. Spoke to Robert Dunne, Senate Permanent
Investigations Subcommittee staff, advising him that the evaluation of the
"Whitehead" identification card would be completed no later than Monday
and that probably on Mondayl would be in touch to review the

with Carl Marcy present and reviewed the outline of the briefing scheduled
for 23 January of Senate Foreign Relations Committee. Senator Fulbright
made a number of suggestions basically cutting down on the hardware
aspects and building up the political and. particularly Communist China.
Details were furnished I lwho will review them with DDI and Mr.
Godfrey.
I also raised with Senator Fulbright the question of a visit to the
Agency and suggested a specific time. Senator Fulbright stated he would
very much like to do this but did not think next week would be a good time.
