Y. Berry (R., S.Dak.) for the phone number of a responsible official dealing with printing and procurement. After determining that the request in effect was on behalf of a constituent in the immediate area interested in employment, I placed the caller in contact with Personnel. 10. Counsel, Su=mittee on Administrative Practice and Procedures of Senate Judry Committee, who advised that as of now it seems very clear that the Committee will report the McClellan wiretap bill. He indicated that the Committee is agreeable to a number of Administration proposals and that, consequently, this will be termed an Administration bill. He foresaw no difficulty in Committee or on the floor and thought this would pass handily. Preparedness Investigating Subcommittee staff, who indicated Senatorv Stennis would like to start his strategic hearings and suggested either Monday or Tuesday, 1 or 2 April, at ten o'clock.
