15. Met with Mr. Benny L. Kass,
Assistant Counsel, Subcommittee on Administratice Practice and
Procedure, Committee on Judiciary, who requested an informal
review of the question of computer privacy for possible later discussion
with committee counsel and the chairman. Received from Mr. Kass
for our use in the review, copy number 3 of the transcript of the
Committee hearing of Thursday, February 6, 1968 (on a loan basis);
the hearings of March 14 and 15, 1967 and the committee print of
November 1967 titled, Government Dossier "Survey of Information
Contained in Government Files. "
