6? Met with Miss Gwen Harrison,
in the office of Representative Mailliard, and provided a copy of an
unclassified brochure entitled Central Intelligence Agency for their
office use. I also advised Miss Harrison that the Agency had received
a letter from Miss Miller. The letter is being filed without response.

House Armed Services Committee, and briefed him on two current
items: Soviet helicopter carrier Moskva and visit of Turkish chief air-
craft test evaluator to Moscow.
8. Met with Mr. Robert Michaels, House
Appropriations Committee staff, who advised that the Chairman has not
taken further action to fix a time for meeting with the Director. Although
he expects to meet with Chairman Mahon late in the day, Mr. Michaels
does not expect any further consideration today regarding time for meeting.
I briefed Mr. Michaels concerning the visit of the Turkish chief aircraft
test evaluator to Moscow and the Soviet helicopter carrier Moskva.
Cummins who advised that he had received a call from Mr. Floyd Sweet,
NASA, inquiring whether Representative Joseph Karth had been briefed
by the Agency on Soviet space vehicles. I advised that Representative
Karth had not been given a current briefing.
