case, I advised Donald O'Donnell, Chief Counsel for the
McClellan Subcommittee on Permanent Investigations, that we had no
information over and above what was available in the press and indicated
again that the FBI should be the point of contact on this case. O'Donnell
thanked me for checking on this, adding that he just wanted to be sure that
no "deals" had been made with
