10. (Internal Use Only - JGO) Met with Mr. Robert Michaels,
House Appropriations Committee staff, and received from him the page
citations of reference to CIA in the 30 June 1967 "Inventory Report on
Real Property Owned by the United States" which was prepared by
General Services Administration. Also discussed briefly with him the
background studies by, House Post Office and Civil Service Committee
relating to the use of contract personnel in the Department of Defense.
